THE SILHOUETTES®, created, directed and owned by Lynne Waggoner-Patton are 1st Runner-Up on America’s Got Talent season 6 in 2011, guest artists on NBC’s AGT Holiday Spectacular 2016, guest artists on AGT Finale 2016 and grateful recipients of Alesha Dixon’s GOLDEN BUZZER on America’s Got Talent The Champions! The company was formed in March, 2009 when Lynne was asked to create a show using photographs, shadows and dance that would make the audience remember Colorado for a worldwide sporting delegation that was held in Denver.

Thus, THE SILHOUETTES® were formed. A Denver based entertainment company saw the news coverage from the March 2009 event and asked to book THE SILHOUETTES® for corporate clients. In October, 2010 THE SILHOUETTES® were asked to attend an audition for America’s Got Talent Season 6. THE SILHOUETTES® went on to place 2nd out of over 100,000 acts and became one of the all time favorite acts on the show. Performed by children for children and adults, THE SILHOUETTES® produce an entirely new standard in the performance world. Using light, color, video, photographs, dance, acting and mime, stories unfold filled with depth, intrigue, beauty and mystique. The possibilities are endless with THE SILHOUETTES® . The Silhouettes have traveled the world creating inspirational and powerful shadow performances for non-profit organizations, corporate clients, theatre tours, commercials, television and film. 

Although shadow work is centuries old, Lynne Waggoner-Patton offers a new standard by creating photo overlay where the dancers create a shape and the photograph of the shape appears on the screen. The fact that the cast is primarily children is also a new adventure that offers joy, excitement and unbelievable moments that makes the audience laugh with joy, experience “goose bump moments” from the passionate performances and cry with heartfelt emotion as the stories unfold.

THE SILHOUETTES® have raised over $100,000 for homeless children in the United States through their performances and strive to continue to achieve their coal of helping children around the world.

THE SILHOUETTES® announce their new training and performance facility opening October 3, 2018 at 10138 Wadsworth Parkway Suite 1200 Westminster, CO 80021. It offers a beautiful training facility for rehearsal, theatre for live and filmed events and upscale site for large productions. The cast members are “high level humans” training up to 20 hours per week while still maintaining a 3.0 gpa in school. They are respectful, intelligent caring individuals who maintain the collective goal of helping children in need through every performance.

Lynne Waggoner-Patton herself has been an icon in the performance world for over 39 years specializing in musical theater performance as well as a dance and vocal educator and choreographer. Her work has received numerous awards and worldwide recognition. Her students can be seen on television and film, on tour with leading pop and country artists and in theaters across the nation. Her televised work on America’s Got Talent Season 6 (2011) as a contestant, and in 2016 as a guest artists for the season Finals, NBC’s AGT Holiday Spectacular 2016, Muscular Dystrophy Association’s Show of Strength, the Presidential Inauguration 2017 received rave reviews, and she is in high demand for creating shows both nationally and internationally. Miss Lynne and her current Silhouettes cast also received the honor of being on America’s Got Talent The Champions season 2 airing in January 2020.

Our mission is to change the world one shadow at a time and change the lives of homeless children, families in need, veterans with PTSD, children with epilepsy and much more. We work closely with organizations to help secure service dogs and provide funds to help children and veterans live better lives.

Mrs. Lynne Waggoner-Patton, Director of The Silhouettes

Lynne Waggoner-Patton is the Creator, Owner, Director and Choreographer for The Silhouettes, 1st Runner-up on America’s Got Talent Season 6, Golden Buzzer Winner on America’s Got Talent The Champions and currently a residency act in AGT Las Vegas Live at the Luxor.  She is a business owner of 30 years, performing artist, producer, motivational speaker, choreographer, singer, songwriter, actor, scriptwriter music & video editor and performing arts instructor. Lynne is an avid supporter of underprivileged children and travels the United States spreading the message of “The Power Of Yes” to inspire children of all ages to step out of the shadows and into the light. Lynne’s credits include: America’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer Act, Nickelodeon “See Dad Run”, Netflix “MC2”, NBC’s Holiday Spectacular, 24 Hour Television Nippon TV, “Words On Paper” Egyptian television, Lenovo Yoga Laptop Commercial, music videos “Awake” with recording artist Ryan Sheridan, and a four-month 73-theatre European tour with original show “Journey Of Love” to name a few.  Corporate performances include Microsoft, Boeing Aerospace, Spring/LG/Samsung,  Prudential Insurance, Phillips 66, Conoco, 76, Remax, LPL Financial, Association of Critical Care Nurses, London International Awards and more. She and her cast are featured in the documentary film “The Shadow Between Us” slated for world-premiers at 2022 film festivals.  Lynne and her cast have helped raise millions for children in need and Veterans with PTSD through their performances on Muscular Dystrophy Show of Strength, Ometz Foundation in Montreal Canada, Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, Juvenile Diabetes, Children’s Cancer Research and many more. Her original 90 -minute shows include “Journey Of Love”, “The Gift”, “ LOVE HAPPENS”’, “Shadowspook”, “Heroes Tribute”, “Behind The Curtain”, “The Light Of Christmas”, “Indescribable” and “For The Child”.  Lynne’s greatest love is to share inspirational stories to worldwide audiences that inspire hope, inspiration and belief in a better future.  She is married to her husband Jack, a retired firefighter of 42 years, and loves spending time with her two rescue dogs Sadie Lady and Foxy Lady.
